Aloo-Methi! (Potato with Fenugreek leaves)


Ingredients :

Potatoes boiled & cubed
Fenugreek leaves (Methi) : chopped(1/2 cup)
Ginger :1tbsp chopped
Garlic :1 tbsp chopped
Chilli powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2tsp
Green Chillies: 2nos
Ghee :1tbs
Salt to taste
Jeera powder: 1/2 tsp

Method :

Heat ghee, add fenugreek leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chillies, ginger& garlic paste and salt. Saute on a low flame until it turns brown. Now,add cubed potatoes and jeera powder fry for few more mts till done. serve hot with rotis/chappathis along with raita.
