MasalaPuri chaat!




A homely fare of chaat..for a wintery evening!!

Unfortunately, no one can be told about the experience of Masala puri - you have to eat it for yourself ....:)



For puris:( can use store bought ones).
Maida, salt ,cooking soda and ajwain.



For MasalaPeas:

Soak the peas for 3-4 hours.Pressure cook and add Jeera powder, (1-2)green chilli paste and Kala Namak and a pinch of sugar.
For serving:
Mix in the puris and masala peas and serve with sev, finely cut onions and coriander/mint leaves garnish & serve hot with your choice of the combination of sweet or hot sauces.
