There has been an upsurge of blogs all over with topics related to Noodles..regardless of their origin, we do know that the Chinese have been feasting on noodles for ages...noodles are an excellent source of protein. Besides being low in calories, they are extremely high in complex carbohydrates.. a reason enough to keep blogging about noodles and more of noodles..





here's a recipe for noodles lovers - one of my cherished noodle dish made at home.


Method:Heat 1 tablespoon oil/butter, add chilli flakes and garlic and fry for a minute.Add the Red /green peppers sliced, and other veggies of your choice and stir fry till tender. Add noodles,soy sauce,schezwan sauce,vinegar and salt and mix well & it's ready to serve with your desired sauce.
