Wow! I cannot describe all the appetizing food served for the weekend brunch back at the fun fest held annually at the grounds, next door . It however did inspire me to try out a special chicken dish to keep the mood going .
I would love to share this marvelous Tina's recipe, called
Kheema Baida .There has been some minor substitutions & additions .I used minced chicken instead of meat & bay leaf for flavouring minus the eggs....rest all the same as in her post. It did come out great! Thanks to Tina for sharing this delicious recipe ..:)
